Placing an order:

1. Choosing the correct product

Some items come in different colors, sizes or other variables. Please ensure you select the correct one before checking out.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

We securely accept payment via PayPal as well as all major credit cards.

3. What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

4. How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. Before checking out, please ensure that all items in your cart are correct.

Shipping:

1. Where does Avalon Active ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping.

2. Can I ship products to an address that is different to my billing address?

Yes, definitely.  During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders over $49.95. Shipping costs will vary based on location.

4. When will I receive my order?

We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer quality products at wholesale prices. We require approx. 3-5 working days to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  As we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is different for each destination country. You can expect to receive your shipment between 5-14 days for the US and 10 - 30 days, for the rest of the world.

Returns & refunds:

1. What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 15 days from when your order was received. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email us here and we will guide you on the return address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

2. What is your refund policy?

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
